Eli a.k.a. 2DArray decided to convert Stranded 2 to Actionscript 3. What that means is that the game will run much faster and will be able to throw a lot more enemies at you at once without any slowdown. It also adds a possibility of a cooperative mode in multiplayer.

In other news, there's going to be a new game coming out called Too Much Paint to compensate for the waiting. And waiting. And waiting. Don't know what else to say except that we're sorry? Not to worry, it's a great game. I'll post some screenshots after it's almost ready.

I simply HAVE to point you to this game I'm really addicted to. Gamepad or Joystick with 2 analog sticks is a must. Xbox 360 controller recommended. Best of all, it's freeware.

Check out the screenshot of the marines you'll be able to choose from in the multiplayer mode in Stranded 2. We'll still be working on providing you with different characters after the game is out.

For a longer time now, there have been no pictures or videos of Stranded except that one trailer. Well, things are about to change with the first new singleplayer footage. It was supposed to be a new trailer but there's no reason for a new trailer. I'm sorry that it doesn't show too many new things but it's for your own good. No spoilers!

Here are some singleplayer features though:
About 6 different enemies, 3 bosses, 6 weapons, 1 main storyline.
