I think i'm gonna cry.....

My 360 RRoD'd! Anyone know how to fix this? (don't give me the obvious 'send it to microsoft'. I have no warrenty and I will NOT pay 150 dollars to fix this fucking thing! Come on! Its already a factory refurb, and it fucks up AGAIN?)

Usually the newer ones will only get the RRoD if it overheats or gets dust in it. Give your 360 as much space as possible. It'll usually come back.

It doesn't even show visual, I think somethings wrong with the video card, because it won't transmit visual signal to the tv, and no one else has had this problem and reported on it, yesh, the cable is in all the way, the hdmi switch is flipped right, and the controller turns it on, also, the fans run WEAKLY when I turn it on, not like they used to, so that could be a problem too.

If the fan isn't working properly, it could be an overheating problem.

I have figured out the problem and how to fix it,so I will undertake the home repair option and try to fix it myself, if anyone knows a good thermal paste, something other than artic silver, tell me, because I can't find artic silver in any store.

I am only sending it in if the warrenty still applies, because I will not pay 150 bucks for a repair when that is almost enough to get a new one, so, yeah. I haven't fixed it yet, because I've held off to see if the warrenty is still active.

How long have you had the xbox?

If you've had it for longer than three years then the warranty is no longer valid.
If it's under three years old, then you can still send it to Microsoft and they'll fix it for free and send it back to you in 2 - 3 weeks.
