Anyway, I think the job I'd really like to have is being a bartender. You know; serving drinks and talking to random people.
I also want to open my own bar once I have the money. The plan is to have a smooth bar running. One you can relax in. No loud music; it won't be a club. Kind of dark with old memoirs of the 60's and 70's along the walls(if you've ever been in an Applebees, you'll know what I mean. Just darker and bar is main thing).

I also want to become a bartender. It would be great to learn the tricks of the trade for when you quit as well. It's a great idea and all, but I don't really like the whole Applebees idea. It just seems a bit tacky and all. But either way it's a great time to open a bar, with such dark economic times I'm sure people will be drinking a lot. Wink

Maybe you should look around on the internet at some popular bars and get a few more ideas first. I know that there are a lot of great ones in Austin and Los Angeles.
