First off sorry for the title I couldn't think of anything that didn't sound retarded. Alright so here is my problem. I want to move my wii from my brothers room to the living room. For a couple of reasons one is that I need more room and another is that his room is just plain gross. I had the wii in our living room before but I had to take it out when they got a new TV and furniture. I have asked a few times if I could move up back down but was told no. When I asked why a few hours ago my step dad said he doesn't want it to mess up the tv or something.

So I need help on finding ways to let them put it down there. They said they would discuss it so if I can get a bunch of valid reasons as to why it wouldn't hurt the tv or anything that would be great. Help is greatly appreciated. Very Happy

Tell them that it has internet capabilities but your brothers room is too dirty, therefore blocking the signals....
or tell them that you saw a rat in your brothers filthy room and that you don't want to risk letting it chew the wii cords and make it so you can't play at all....
or tell them that since the games you own require you to move (even though you don't) that you could trip on the mess on your brothers floor and trip and crack your head open on his bed post....

Or they know most of that and it wouldn't make a difference. I need full reasons no just ones that could pertain to me. Like reasons why thinking it would mess up the TV is retarded.

Reassure them that the Wii has a Screen Burn-In reduction option, so that your TV is safe.

I was thinking that is what they were worried about so thanks. Also jonny I already said they know the room is fucking disgusting.
