Upgrades to the forum. Everyone please read this.

Alright, it's about time we got some mods here. Very Happy

Since there's so much to be done, I'm going to run a poll and see what the member base finds the most important, or needed, when it comes to installing mods (or upgrading, improving, or adding) to the forum.

I've included a number of choices in the poll. Please vote, as it'll directly affect what will come when and how it will be installed.

With so many poll options I doubt we'll get a straight answer, but we'll see. Smile

I think I'd like our ranks back.

By the way, we don't need a chatroom yet because there's only 15 people posting here.

I'm also for the Ranks back, but let's wait until more people vote. Razz

I'm just scared that it'll cause more posting sprees, like Seth used to do, but our forum's actually outgrown that, so I don't really think it'll be a problem.

I'm thinking the rewards system and the ranks should probably be up there in the top five that we'll need to get in, if only so that we can actually reward people for the contests and dole out punishments a bit better. that and we've been talking about instituting the reward system for, what, two years now?

Yep, voting for little pictures by the ranks is the same thing as voting for ranks. Razz

So far, unless a whole bunch of people join and vote for something else, it looks like the rewards system will be the next big thing.

Of actually I changed my mind abit. The first you you want to do is make a new sub forum called computer tech help. Then implement the forum with a reward system and ranks at the same time. Then a chatroom. Then a arcade.

A music player would be cool but kinda usless?

For my music player I use Itunes with foxytunes installed on my computer for Firefox. If that helps.

Bear in mind, guys, that I have to operate under luksy's command. It's his server, so I need his verbal permission before I install or activate anything on the forum.

Which is, of course, understandable.

EDIT: Okay, problem. For right now, the Rewards system has been put on hold. I say that with a heavy heart, since it was the most requested thing, but rest assured, we'll get to it eventually.

For now, I'm going to try to focus on Ranks now. Moderators can't adjust ranks anymore, unfortunately, so check out the new topics and let's all collaborate on this.
