It's in Russian, however there are English fixes on this very same site.
It doesn't require Steam, although you can use it to play online (I believe)

I've torrented it already, it took only (Approx.) Six hours, I haven't installed yet, but the installer is rather weird which gives me some suspicion, albeit it follows the steam layout (Colors) But there's a man who looks rather naked, and a swastika with Satan in the background, but all of that aside, it seems like it works, the comments don't complain. It's seeded more than it is leeched. So I trust it a little.

I've scanned all of the files with AVG and Spybot Search & Destroy and there appears to be no virus.

Heh, I wonder if the Satan naked swastika thing was added to a valid file to make it funny.

But yeah, sounds cool, tell us how the game works when you can play it.
